Our Goats
2023 we decided to get out of raising goats. So, we will be downsizing everybody but Roca as she's my baby girl who will always have a home here. And with goats being herd animals we will also be holding on to her favorite offspring Kokopelli. We may get back into raising goats later on. But in the meantime, this hopefully gives us the opportunity to catch up on things that need to be done around here. -Alisha

This girl is my personal favorite. We got her as a bottle baby and she's been our best foundation doe. She has the most beautiful mahogany colored coat and blue eyes. You rarely hear her complain, but when she does she's got the cutest soft little voice. Great tasting milk and a heavy producer. She came from a litter of 6 which, at the time, was on the news as a world record for a surviving liter in 2016. That record has since been broken.

We didn't initially plan on keeping this girl. But after mom was attacked by a bear, we wanted to retain one more doe from her. This girl is so sweet and has the cutest personality. Not to mention her striking colors. We're excited to see how this girl matures. I love the way she snorts when she's excited to see us.
